This man shows multiple angiofibromas seen in this condition. How early do these lesions appear? Vascular and CO2 lasers have been used to remove these lesions? Was there a family history in this case? Does he have children?

a case of tuberous sclerosis autosomal dominent genodermatosis. mutiple angiofibromas shagren patches epilepssy and low intelligense.these lesions need to be removed.

after removing the lesion of adenoma sebaceum...there is no change in prognosis of tubrous sclerosis...so is it advisable to patient that they should go for removal of facial lesions???

I suppose the main reason for removing them is the cosmetic reason and the fact that this will improve the patient's sense of self worth.
