Three cases today but they are virtually spot diagnoses. I dont have the histology back as yet for Case 1 but should have it by envelope time and will have a video done by then. Case 1 Male 68. noted during skin check. PH of several melanomas with the surgical scars on his back not my work. If you think this is a melanoma how thick would it be? (I really want P Bourne to answer this one.)

 Case 2 A pink lesion on the upper eyelid slowly growing for 6 months.  Case 2 Small papule on upper eyelid.

I would also like to remind you about registering for this College Dermatoscopy and Histopathology Meeting in November. The visiting speaker Dr Clay Cockerell is an excellent lecturer and a leader in the field of skin cancer pathology. This should be a very worthwhile meeting to improve both your dermatoscopy and histopathology skills. We have had 3 cases for the Gems presentations.
